iQone is a pan-European team of professionals with longstanding experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
In France, Germany, Italy and Spain we have two different teams of Medical Science Liaisons who are dedicated to oncology, hematology and rare diseases.
The members of our Medical Science Liaisons teams are individuals with solid scientific training and extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and diagnostics industry.

Laurent Massuyeau 
CEO – Founder & Chairman of the Board

Laurent is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of iQone Healthcare.
He started iQone Healthcare with the idea to bring to European patients innovative and cost effective solutions in specialty care.
He is in charge of the overall strategy, business development and management of key stakeholders.
Before iQone, Laurent was Head of Licensing Oncology Global Business Development at Merck Serono SA in Geneva.
Earlier in his career, he spent 12 years at Eli Lilly & Co where he held a variety of senior leadership roles in strategy, commercial and general management at country level and at corporate level (Corporate Strategy) in the US, Europe, Middle East, Africa.
He then moved to Novartis where he was Executive Director of European Commercial Operations for Idenix (a US biotech company owned by Novartis) and subsequently Head of Specialty Franchises for Novartis France (transplantation, ophthalmology, neurosciences, infectious diseases, mature products).
Laurent is a Doctor in Veterinary Medicine and holds an MBA from INSEAD.

Michele Genini
COO – Chief Operating Officer

Michele joined iQone Healthcare as Chief Operating Officer in September 2017.
He is in charge of the operational activities at iQone, including sales, marketing, medical and regulatory. In his role he oversees the development and the execution of the company strategy and is accountable for the achievement of related financial results.
Prior to iQone, Michele held a variety of senior leadership roles in Europe, Asia, Australia & New Zealand at Eli Lilly & Co. where he supervised commercial operations in various therapeutic areas with a strong focus on oncology. Before joining Lilly he worked for Sanofi and for Serono.
Michele holds a PhD in molecular biology from the Federal School of Technology in Zurich and completed the Advanced Management Program at the IESE Business School in Barcelona.

Rodolphe Eyraud
CFO – Chief Financial Officer

Rodolphe joined iQone Healthcare as Chief Financial Officer in September 2016.
He is in charge of all financial, accounting and administrative aspects incl.: budget & forecast & cash-flow planning, financial analysis & reporting, coordination of accounting operations, interacting with other external stakeholders and information systems.
Rodolphe graduated from HEC Paris Business School with a major in Finance & Tax and has a post-graduate degree in International Tax from Université Paris II Assas.
He spent 3 years as consultant for Ernst & Young and KPMG in Paris, France.
He joined the pharmaceutical industry in 2005 as corporate auditor at Amgen in Europe. He then spent 11 years at Amgen in various Finance roles in Europe with increasing responsibilities including head of Finance in the Belgian commercial affiliate and head of EU R&D Finance.
Rodolphe has a strong background in pharma-related finance and is committed to ensuring iqone Healthcare serves patients in the best possible way.

Dr. Axel Schlösser
Group Medical Director

Axel joined iQone Healthcare in January 2018 as Group Medical Director.
He is in charge of Medical Affairs (trainings & trial planning, medical information) as well as for medical-relevant parts of Business Development and Product Branding.
The scope of his work is Oncology, biosimilars and bone allografts (Switzerland, and continental Europe).
Axel has 20 years of experience within the Pharmaceutical industry, covering different fields such as Brand Management, MSL team set up and strategy, Medical Department organization, planning and positioning, Diagnostics, Brand Learning and Medical Information.
Axel graduated as Physician from the Technical University Aachen/Germany 1994

Dr. Claudia Zerobin Kleist, MHA
Regulatory Affairs Director, Responsible Person

Claudia joined iQone Healthcare as Director Regulatory Affairs in October 2017.
She is in charge of Regulatory Affairs and is acting as local Responsible Person for the Swiss market.
Prior to iQone, Claudia held various positions in Swiss affiliates of big and small pharmaceutical companies, being responsible for a variety of  fields of expertise like Regulatory Affairs, Quality, Pharmacovigilance, Medical Information, reimbursement submissions or clearance of promotional material.
Claudia graduated from the ETH Zurich with a diploma in pharmacy. She has a PhD form the University of Berne and a Master of Health Administration from the University of Berne.
